For Additional General Manager (Finance)
- Government Officers: Holding Level-13-A (CDA) / IDA E-7 or Level-13 with 12-14 years Group 'A' service
- PSU Officers: Working in IDA E-6 grade (₹90,000-2,40,000) with minimum 4 years experience in the grade
For AGM Level
- Government Officers: Holding Level-13 analogous grade OR Level-13 with 12+ years Group A service
- PSU Officers: Working in IDA E-6 grade (₹90,000-2,40,000) with 4 years service
